The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28315 of 2015 to the extend that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below may be extended. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 30.09.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 28315 of 2015 in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 560/2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai but he could not surrender in the learned court below within time granted by this Court.

The order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28315 of 2015 stands modified to the extend that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below is extended

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57834 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
