The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Three stolen vehicles have been recovered from the house of petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner purchased has purchased the seized vehicle from one Subhash Kumar Jha after paying consideration money, but the informant during seizure seized the sell letter and not shown or wrote a single word. None has lodged any case or claimed the alleged vehicles. Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 89 of 2021.
