2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kishanganj Railway P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 370 (5)/374/471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 75 of the J.J. Act and Section 14 of the Child Labour and Protection Act, 1986.

3. As per allegation, in course of checking duty, on the date of occurrence at about 18:00 hours, the informant along with police officials at platform no. 2, three persons sitting near foot over bridge with 6 minor children were seen and on interrogation made by the police regarding minor children, no satisfactory reply was given. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the boys were not being carried against will of their parents. The intention of the petitioner is bonafide for supporting the family of the children and, he is under custody since 11.01.2024. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kishanganj Railway P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
