(b) For a direction to the concerned authority to conclude the process of N.I.T. No.-Re-tender No.- RRSMP-08/2025-26 (Package No.- RRSMP/25-26

Patna High Court CWJC No.5452 of 2026(2) dt.10-04-2026 2/2 SIWAN -1/06 and award contract to the petitioner who is lowest bidder in the fact and circumstances of the case.

(c) For a direction to restrain the respondents from giving effect to decision contained in Memo No.344 dated 30.03.2026 during pendency of the present writ application and/or without the leave of this Hon'ble Court.

(d) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to and your lordship may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. Mr. Shekhar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to submit a representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. In case such a representation is filed, the competent authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
