Patna High Court LPA No.49 of 2015 dt.11-07-2017 2/2 Seeking exception to an order dated 02.08.2011 passed by the Writ Court in CWJC No.1367 of 2009; this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.

Seeking payment of salary from 1999 till 2008 and challenging the appointment of respondent no.13 ordered on 16.09.2004, the writ petition in question was filed after an inordinate delay of time, i.e. in the year 2009 and finding the delay to be not properly explained, the writ petition has been dismissed. In dismissing the writ petition, the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting interference. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
