JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 368, 420, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the police on receiving secret information about withdrawing the money from A.T.M. of State Bank of India, Warisaliganj through forgery by "Chehra Pahchano Inam Pao" reached there, on which, one person was tried to flee away, but on chased, he was caught hold and disclosed his name as Chandan Kumar and also disclosed the name of four persons including the petitioner as associates. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43628 of 2016 (2) dt.17-10-2016 Singh @ Paro Garain, Rakesh Kumar and Rajesh pandey, whose nam3es have been disclosed with the petitioner, have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33854 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
