1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Raghav Prasad For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Pushpa Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Raghunathpur P.S. case No. 71/2016 under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while his daughter-in-law and grand daughter were returning after attending the call of nature, the petitioners tried to outrage their modesty and on protest the petitioners assaulted the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation is false and concocted. The petitioners have been implicated in the case due to dirty village politics but it appears

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39908 of 2016 (4) dt.10-11-2016 2/2 that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter-in-law and grand daughter of the informant while they were returning after attending the call of nature. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
