Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 387, 385, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the present petitioner demanded Rangdari from the informant on phone. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Sarhu) of the informant.

On demand, he did not return and lodged this false case. In paragraph no. 12 of the bail petition, it has been mentioned that the witnesses in paragraph nos. 7, 8 and 9 of the case diary have not supported the fact of demand of Rangdari. The petitioner is the person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
