This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 427, 353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner's side had lodged Murliganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 against the informant of this case, who is a doctor, under Section 304A of the Indian Penal Code on death of the uncle of the petitioner due to negligence of the doctor. The first information report was lodged on 22.05.2017. The present first information report was lodged with allegation of the occurrence, dated 14.05.2017, that the petitioner and others ransacked the nursing home and damaged the ambulance etc.

Considering the background and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 154 of
