The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 384, 386 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that while the informant was looking after his crop in the field, the accused persons came there and demanded ransom of Rs. 4.5 lacs on the point of pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-12-2018. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. It has further been

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of six months in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Barh, District-Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018.
