The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2018.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which the victim boy has taken the name of two persons namely Dilsad and Kariya and not this petitioner, he submits that the petitioner deserve bail.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25266 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur at Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018.
