The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 838 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case no. 14 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a)(g) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Amendment Act. 15 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the bank of old Ganga river allegedly thrown there by the petitioner who managed to escape seeing the police party.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He has no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 838 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur P.S.
