The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawada Town P.S. case No. 589 of 2014 under Section 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed Complaint case No. 433 of 2014 on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. The informant alleged that the petitioners fraudulently purchased the land of informant of Khata Nos. 432 and 12, R.S. P. Nos. 2768 and 3655, area 13 decimals and 15 decimals, from Munna Mian although the informant is coming in peaceful possession of the land and they are bent upon to dispossess the informant. From the contents of complaint petition itself, it

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 589 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
