2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 723 of 2024 for the offence registered under Sections 96 of the B.N.S. lodged on 28.09.2024 by the informant Haresh Kumar Singh.
3. This order be read in continuation of the order dated 07.05.2025 by which while granting interim protection to the parents, the victim girl was called upon to know whether she is married with Manish Kumar and further whether she is major or not.
4. Persuant thereto, the lady is present, she has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25521 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/3 provided her 'Aadhar' document duly signed by her according to which her date of birth is 14.09.2004 which means that on the date of occurrence, she was major.
5. This Court asked her and the lady informed that she is happily married with Manish Kumar, staying at Noida (Uttar Pradesh) and would like to stay with him, in that background, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the family members/petitioners.
6. Let the petitioners in the event of arrest or surrnender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 723 of 2024 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
(i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives of the petitioners, who shall provide official document to show is bona fide;
(ii) the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the Trial court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of their

(iii) the petitioners shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioners shall desist from committing any criminal offence again failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) priyanka/- U T
