ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/342/348/353/323/386/387/307/506 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether 112 persons have been made accused in the First Information Report itself. There is no specific allegation against the present petitioner. It is further submitted that others similarly situated coaccused persons named in the First Information Report have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 41993 of 2016 vide order dated 03.10.2016 and also in Cr. Misc. No. 42642 of 2016 vide order dated 19.10.2016.
In view of the fact that the petitioner stands similarly placed, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest /
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47056 of 2016 (2) dt.10-11-2016 P2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Madhepura in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 87/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
