2. The petition for suspension of sentence and to grant bail of the appellant was rejected earlier vide order 19.08.2024 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1705 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the fresh ground is that one co-accused, Ranjeet Kumar, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court

4. The case of the present appellant cannot be equated with that of Ranjeet Kumar, since he is the supplier of the arms whereby the murder had taken place and he also has criminal antecedents.

5. In my view, the appellant does not deserve the privilege for bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
