The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
