====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice refused by this Court, lastly vide order dated 26.2.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 84520/2019.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 22.11.2021, it appears that out of seven witnesses, five of them have already been examined.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018, let the trial be concluded preferably within a year from the date of receipt of the order.
