Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307, 504, 506 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioners is that these petitioners along with other accused persons armed with rifle assaulted the informant with butt of the rifle and caused firing.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of making firing against the petitioner but nobody sustained fire arms injury. Moreover, there

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Gaya in Fatehpur P.
