The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s preferably including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner to the post of Sanitation Supervisor giving priority to her taking into account that she has experience of working as a sanitation worker in Chakhaise Village Panchayat within Desari Police Station in the District of Vaishali.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6551 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 (ii) To direct the respondents to enquire into the matter of irregularity committed in course of selection process of the Sanitation Supervisor in the village Panchayat.

(iii) To direct the respondents to remove the private respondent who has been wrongly and illegally been selected to the post of Sanitation Supervisor in the above mentioned Panchayat."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
