This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and only during the course of investigation, it has come that the petitioner was seen at the place of occurrence and apart from that, there is nothing against the petitioner.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52136 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 petitioner is hereby directed to surrender before the Court below and within a period of four weeks, and the learned Court below after verifying the fact that except suspicion, nothing has come against the petitioner, shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law on the same day, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
