This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31928 of 2021, whereby the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 30.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31928 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
