I have gone through the records of the case, the petitioner wants this Court to disbelieve the F.I.R. on the basis of his defence, this cannot be done in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs. P.P. Sharma, (1992) Supp (1) SCC 222.
