The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari P.S. Case No. 403 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2023 and there is recovery of 105 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No. 403 of 2023.
