JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that co-accused Rajnish Yadav and Sitia Yadav caused fire arm injury to the informant whereas petitioner accompanied the assault.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no overt-act alleged against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
