The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairiya P.S.Case No.225 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner himself has sustained several injuries out of which one was grievous in nature and the accused persons in the counter case have already been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48462 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.225 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
