JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For quashing the letter no. [kaM&1@vk- 1104/02 1161 dated 15.04.2023 (A/14) issued under signature of Managing Director. Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Patna, Bihar (for sake of brevity BUIDCO).

(b). For quashing the memo no. 126 dated 27.03.2023 issued under signature of the Executive Engineer, BUIDCO. (A/11).

(c). For direction to the respondents authority to not disturb the business of the petitioner and grant further One year time for vacate the premises."

Patna High Court CWJC No.5887 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the RespondentBihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Patna, Bihar, jointly submit that the ends of justice would be served in case the Bank is granted six weeks' time to vacate the premises in question so that it can make alternative arrangements. It is directed accordingly.

As far as the dispute of rent is concerned, the same shall be settled in between the parties amicably and in case of any dispute, the parties shall be at liberty to take recourse to the due process of law.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
