The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022 registered under Section 379/413 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 56 of the Bihar Mining, Storage, Transportation Act, Section 21 of M.M. (D.R.) Act and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that petitioner has already deposited fine of Rs. 30,375/- imposed by the Mining

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.
