The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Md. Musowir, learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the allegation made in the FIR, has submitted that the accused has been charged in an omnibus manner of assaulting the informant and the family members with no specific overt act. He submits that there are case and counter case in between the parties.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation set out in the FIR, let the

No.55220 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 petitioner, namely, Satyanarayan Mahadar in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar and/or the court concerned in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
