The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 07.07.2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Patna in Complaint Case No. 0673 of 2015, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. The dispute between the spouses continues.

It would be open for the parties to effect settlement of matrimonial dispute which option would remain alive and available to the petitioner at any stage. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands dismissed.
