Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

On behalf of the State, it has been stated that from perusal of the order of the Sessions Court, it appears that process under Sections 82 and 83 has been issued against the petitioner. Hence, the present application is not maintainable. Considering the same, Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present application filed in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S. Case No. 71/2020 with a liberty to make appropriate application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34318 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 before the Court below in accordance with law. Permission is accorded.

The application stands disposed of with above liberty. If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and prays for bail, the Court below shall take into account that petitioner is a lady and pass appropriate order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
