Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.02.2019 in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that he was caught with stolen mobile immediately after the incident of snatching of the mobile but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was falsely been implicated by the informant as some altercation had taken place between the petitioner and the informant on the point of sitting on the berth of the train. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the patties and also taking note of this
