The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 304 B of the Indian penal Code. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant about seven years of the marriage due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that that the informant came to know about the death of her daughter on 23.07.2015 but the first information report was lodged on 26.07.2015. The victim died due to accidental fire injury Moreover now the informant has retracted from the initial

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case no. 300 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya .
