Enough judicial time has been spent on the grievance of the petitioner which would be evident from reading of detailed orders passed from time to time including the direction for holding spot enquiry in terms of order dated 4.3.2014.

2. That exercise has been done and respondent No.4 the Senior Deputy Collector has filed a detailed counter affidavit with an enquiry report annexed as Annexure-A.

3. If what has emerged from the said enquiry report is true even 10 per cent, then obviously the claim of the petitioner and the relief which he is looking for through this writ application is not required to be extended. The school in question obviously seems to be a sham, only on paper and with a oblique motive recognition etc. is being sought, not for the benefit of students but

4. Writ application is required to be dismissed after perusing Annexure-A, the enquiry report. If the petitioner's school leaves up to a modicum of standard required, they are free to move the authority on that count but no relief is required to be given at this stage.

5. Writ application is dismissed.
