2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is a case of dowry death.
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and Petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is brother-in-law and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28657 of 2024(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 petitioner No. 4 is a relative of husband of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 11th December 2023. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Araria in connection with Forbesganj P . S. Case No. 1035 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
