2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.810 of 2024 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 449 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022, lodged under Sections 302 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Court of District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Barh, District- Patna.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 01.08.2025, the petitioner was directed to file a supplementary affidavit within four weeks to bring on record substantial proof to show that the petitioner is not absconding in any of the cases mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the petition, as detailed below:-

4. Counsel further submits that he has been informed by the Pariwikar about the pendency of only two cases. He further submits that this matter has been pending for a long time, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to move the Court again as and when proof regarding the non-absconding of cases becomes available to him.
