2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 323 of 2023 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant was coming from Gopalganj and when he reached near Madan Sah bridge, three persons riding on a motorcycle surrounded him and they snatched motorcycle, mobile and purse of the informant and run away.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that during course of investigation the name of the petitioner has surfaced.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28565 of 2024(3) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 323 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
