The petitioners seek bail in Sarmera P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 341, 307, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21736 of 2019(3) dt.30-05-2019 2/3 It is alleged in the written report that petitioners along with seven named accused persons caused firearm injury to the husband of the informant from back. It is further alleged that Rohit Kumar and the informant also sustained firearm injury by the accused persons. All seven accused persons caused firearm injury to the husband of the informant and his other family members.

Case diary has been received.

The injury report of the informant, Pappu Kumar and Rohit Kumar are available in the case diary from which it appears that all the injured sustained single injury on their persons.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused Rama @ Chhotu @ Karan Kumar has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 35061 of 2019.

Petitioners are in custody since 6.3.2019 5.1.2019 respectively having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with
