Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and the driver and took away the loaded pick up van.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except the confessional statement there is no material against the petitioner and the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The aforesaid facts constitutes a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53851 of 2015 (2) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 period of six weeks in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Saran Chapra.
