The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are father and sons. Allegation has been made that petitioners have assisted in taking away the victim girl, namely, Doli Kumari from her house on 4.7.2017. Statement has been made by the victim before the police about graceful truth but no where it is stated about raising of alarm when they tried to take her away. Main allegation has been made against Nandan Paswan who wanted to marry with the victim.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40796 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Chit Ranjan Paswan, Pawan Paswan and Vikki Paswan, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.153 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
