The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 2542 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay in institution of the complaint as also the fact that several other co-accused having more or less similar allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail by different orders passed by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5655 of 2018 (2) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 2542 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
