The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because there was some dispute regarding the connection from the generator, the petitioner, who is the owner of the generator has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that even though injuries are found, the same are simple in nature, which stands justified by paragraph 20 of the case diary.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25474 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that the statement of the petitioner is more or less correct and he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., 8th Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
