====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.98 of 2021 arising out of Chand P. S. Case No.150 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the occurrence took place on the spur of the moment in which the petitioner fired hitting the minor daughter of the informant aged about seven years, who died.

No.34348 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is alleged to be the person, who fired hitting a seven years old child, who died, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
