JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 The instant matter has been filed under the heading for modification of order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39394 of 2015 whereby the petitioner nos.3, 7, 8, 11 and 13 ( Santosh Mukhiya, Sharma Mukhiya, Mukesh Mukhiya, Vijay Sah and Shambhu Mukhiya) respectively have been allowed anticipatory bail.

The petitioners were supposed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks which they failed to do

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55773 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 so and they further want extension of time so that they could surrender before the court below.

This Court allows them four weeks further time from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order to surrender before Shri Kumar Sudhanshu, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No.141 of 2015.

The instant petition for modification is allowed to the extent above.
