Ranjan, learned AC to GP-17 appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that payment of G.P.F. has been made but interest has not been calculated at the statutory rate. In such circumstances, the petitioner seeks to file representation in which he will provide the details relating to his contribution and the year in which the same was made and the applicable rate of interest relevant for the each financial year during which such

4. Considering the specific statement made on behalf of the petitioner, in case the petitioner files a detailed representation giving the details of contribution and interest rate applicable for the each of the financial year in that case the District Provident Fund Officer, Muzaffarpur is directed to calculate at his own level and make payment of any remaining amount of interest to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
