The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2019. He further submits that the marriage of informant and the petitioner took place in 2006.
