2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 160 of 2025, instituted for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 132, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner and 10 to 15 unknown persons were stealing iron rods, clamps and other construction materials meant for construction of flyover. When the informant along with Jitendra Kumar (Concrete Pump Operator) and Aditya Kumar (Survey Helper) objected, all the accused persons assaulted them with iron rods and sticks. The accused persons

No.25407 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/3 dragged the injured and forcibly took them on the other side of Bholanath Bridge where they threw Jitendra Kumar from the railway track, resulting in fracture of his both legs. The accused persons brutally assaulted the informant and Aditya Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Injuries on the injured are simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of learned counsel for the parties and nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge XIX, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 160 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya
