This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Paraiya P.S. Case No.197 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

The informant, who is father of the deceased, has turned hostile in the trial. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.29112 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II, Gaya / concerned Court, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.197 of 2022, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial.
