2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of Group-D under the Adult and Non-Formal Education Plan of Government of Bihar in terms of letter dated 24.05.2021 bearing Memo No. 596 (Annexure-1 to this writ application).

3. In this case, a counter-affidavit has been filed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.6542 of 2023(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 behalf of the District Education Officer, Vaishali (Respondent No. 7. In Paragraph No. 9 of the said counter-affidavit it is stated that grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed and appointment letters have duly been issued in favour of the petitioner vide Memo No. 437 dated 03.07.2024 issued under the signature of the District Magistrate, Vaishali (Respondent No. 6). Copy of the said appointment letter is annexed in the counter-affidavit as Annexure-R/A.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application has been infructuous.
