2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 925 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, the accused persons came to the petrol pump of the informant. They had covered their faces with Gamchha. The miscreants tried to enter into cash counter of the petrol pump and on the resistance made by the informant, one of them opened fire, which hit the chest and arms of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has also submitted that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26702 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 co-accused persons exactly on similar footing, have been granted bail. The petitioner is under custody since 07.02.2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 925 of 2023, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
